Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, consumables, or customized products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Since Jade Safari operates on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer (where applicable).

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
